北京迪家智能科技有限責任公司（Beijing Dhome Intelligent Technology Co.,Ltd.，簡稱Dhome）為HP（惠普）品牌全球范圍內有線音頻、線材、連接器的品牌授權商。

由于部分合作公司未能達成約定業(yè)務目標等原因，依照合同約定，經我司決議，即日起終止與以下公司的全部合作，禁止以下公司以Dhome或HP品牌名義開展生產、銷售、宣傳等任何商業(yè)活動。對于任何未經我司授權擅自使用或其他侵害我司代理的HP品牌權益的行為，一經發(fā)現(xiàn)，我司將追究相關法律責任。

Dhome hereby declare that due to various reasons Dhome decided to cancel the business cooperation with the following companies. From now on, the following companies should not manufacture, sale or market in the name of HP or Dhome. If found illegal action, Dhome reserves the right to investigate the legal liability of relevant enterprises:
